Fresh Eyes Organizing is a home organizing service based in Petaluma, created by two local moms who know how real life works. We bring fresh eyes (and a lot of heart) to help you declutter, organize, and create spaces that actually work for you—without judgment, pressure, or Pinterest perfectionism.
If it’s a space in your home, we can help! Kitchens, pantries, closets, playrooms, garages, home offices—wherever you feel stuck, we bring calm and clarity. We also help with moving—whether it’s decluttering before a move or setting up your new space in a way that makes life easier from day one.
Busy families, overwhelmed professionals, new parents, downsizers, and anyone who feels like their stuff is running the show instead of the other way around. If your space is stressing you out, we’re here to help! We serve Marin and Sonoma Counties.
What’s the process like?
First, we hop on a free phone call to understand your needs (and assure you that you’re not the only one with a cluttered closet!). Then, we schedule a session where we work side-by-side (or independently, if you prefer) to declutter, organize, and create systems that make sense for your life.
Do I need to buy bins and storage stuff beforehand?
Nope! We start with what you have and only suggest new organizing products if they’re truly helpful. (Also, we’re really good at finding simple, creative solutions that don’t require a trip to The Container Store.)
Do I have to be there while you organize?
That’s totally up to you! Some people love being hands-on, while others are happy to let us work our magic. If we’re sorting through sentimental or personal items, we may ask for guidance, but we promise to make the process as painless as possible.
How long does an organizing session take?
Every project is different! A small pantry might take a couple of hours, while a whole-home refresh could take multiple sessions. We’ll give you an estimate once we see your space.
What happens to the stuff I don’t want anymore?
We’ll help you decide what to keep, donate, or recycle—and we can even drop off donation items for you! No guilt, no pressure—just a fresh start.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your project, but we offer both hourly and package options. Get in touch, we will come out and meet you in person and see your space(s)n and we’ll give you a clear breakdown—no surprises!

YES. And even if we haven’t, we truly do not judge. We get it—life is messy! We’re here to help, not to shame.
Is my home and personal information kept private?
Absolutely. What happens in your home stays in your home. No before-and-after pics without permission, no sharing details—just trust and respect.
